About the Self-Hosted Server¶

Self-Hosted Server is a specially packaged version of our cloud-based remote access platform, adapted for deployment within a customer’s own infrastructure and distributed as a separate product edition.

The key advantages compared to the cloud version are:

• Autonomous Operation — the solution can operate within a fully isolated local network perimeter, even without access to the public Internet.
• Secure Environment — no one except the customer has access to the connection management server and storage containing sensitive data.
• Connection Speed and Quality — the customer can independently manage network performance and conditions by configuring the network and deploying proxy servers in required locations.
• Full Control — the customer is fully responsible for maintaining and controlling both the software and hardware environments, without external dependencies or third-party risks.

In most cases, the Self-Hosted solution is designed for enterprise-level customers, as it requires sufficient IT expertise for deployment and ongoing maintenance.

This guide provides reference information about the contents of this edition (hereinafter referred to as the System), its installation, and further maintenance. All materials assume that you have adequate experience working with the Linux operating system and are familiar with containerization technologies.
