Remote Device¶
Remote Device is a computer device that is controlled remotely using remote access technology over the Internet or a local network.
A remote device can be a physical or virtual server, desktop computer, laptop, IoT device, mobile phone, or tablet.

Technician¶
Technician is a user who controls a remote device while being physically located elsewhere.

Connection¶
Connection is a network session established between a Technician and a Remote Device to exchange data between them.
During a connection, control commands are sent from the technician to the remote device, while screen data from the remote device is transmitted back to the technician.
