What are the system requirements for connection on the operator's side?

To connect on the operator side, either the browser tab or desktop dashboard application is used.

  • The main requirement for a browser is support for WebRTC and WebSocket . All modern browsers support them, recommended Google Chrome.

  • The desktop application supports the following operating systems:

    • Windows - from version 7 onwards
    • macOS - from version 10.12
    • Linux - all versions

Minimum Internet bandwidth: 5 mbps.

What is the maximum duration of a session?

There is no limit to the duration of a session by default.

If necessary, you can set maximum limits on the total duration and timeout when idle during a session. Specify these settings on settings page in your personal account.

What types of files can be transferred between the operator and the remote computer? Is there a file size limit?

You can transfer any files both ways. There is a limit on the size of one transmitted file. Restrictions depend on service plan.

It is also possible to prohibit file transfer for a specific agent or a group of agents.

Can multiple operators be connected to the same remote computer at the same time?

Yes, you can. It is called Joint Access. This access is available to registered users and only one anonymous participant.
